Well, I should not make it easy to snore suffer, because it can be literally dangerous to your health. It is believed that 10 percent of all spiders continue to develop "obstructive sleep apnea", a potentially very serious and even fatal disease.

Now, the issue is that people sneak and suffer from sleep apnea because they lead to an "unhealthy lifestyle" with associated health risks, or is the breathing difficulty that is responsible for a higher than expected association with cardiovascular and blood pressure problems.
Research reveals that snoring and obstructive sleep apnea are related to myocardial infarction, hypertension and stroke, regardless of the compound with smoking, alcohol intake and weight.
There is little comfort for the healthy jogging sizes out there that are affected, but about 40 percent of people with sleep apnea are not overweight.
Causes of snoring and (as) sleep apnea - But weight is an important factor for the cause of snoring, but age can also play a role. As we age the muscles in the throat as the other muscles become less effective. Breathing in own or other people's smoke can lead to a build-up of congestion in the nasal passages, making it more likely to breathe through the mouth resulting in snoring.
Alcohol and drugs can also play their part. Alcohol is a calming and it significantly relaxes the muscles of the throat, which limits the passageways and causes more snoring. Even after moderate alcohol intake, studies in Australia have shown that usually "harmless" spiders experienced swollen apnea balls during the first 2 hours of sleep. The researchers measured the amount of oxygen absorbed by the blood of the snorer who had drunk and found a reduction of 27 percent absorption which is so much less oxygen as reaching vital organs and tissues.
People who are already snoring and moderate to heavy drinkers are more likely to develop the more dangerous form of snoring, sleep apnea.
Sleep pills can have a similar harmful effect on breathing difficulties like sleep problems, as the benzodiazepines like Valium relax in the muscles of the throat, which means more snoring.
Sleeping on the back can lead to snoring when the tongue falls back and hinders the throat and again lowers the airways.
Allergies like hay fever and a reaction to housewives can cause the blocked sensation in the nostrils.
Food type can also play its part because some people react with excessive nipple production in the nose and throat after having milk consumption.
Snoring and sleep apnea remedies are not really found. There are no magic pills, but the symptoms can be greatly reduced with lifestyle changes and in case of sleep apnea using a continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machine. Although some people like this awkward, it is still considered to be the best option.
